SACCI Registration Policy:
- A minimum of six (6) students is required per class.
- The fall semester starts on the 4th Sunday in August and ends on the Sunday before Christmas. Fall semester registration is May 1st to August 15th.
- A $20 discount on tuition will be offered to students enrolled before August 1st. A $20 late fee will be levied on returning students enrolled after August 15th.
- The spring semester starts on the 1st Sunday after New Years and ends on the 1st Sunday in May.
- Annual enrollment students enjoy a $20 savings on their spring semester registration fee.

- Registration and Membership fees are nonrefundable.
- For language classes, tuition will be refunded in full if a student cancels prior to the first day of class. No refund will be provided thereafter.
- For all culture classes, refunds will be made as follows: 75% after the 2nd week, 50% after the 3rd week, 25% after the 4th week, and no refund after the 5th week of classes.
