San Antonio Chinese School:
teaching traditional Mandarin Chinese

About Us - San Antonio Chinese School

Quote by famous Chinese Philosopher Confucius: “Educate without Discrimination” (有教無類)

San Antonio Chinese Culture Institute (SACCI)  is a nonprofit organization established in July of 1994 to promote Chinese culture.  We provide opportunities for members of the community to learn Chinese including spoken Mandarin, traditional writing and reading.  We also offer opportunities for community members to be exposed to and learn about Chinese culture.  Activities are organized and managed through SACCI’s Board of Directors. Major activities include traditional Chinese writing, reading, speaking, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese culture classes, and community service.

Chinese courses are offered to students aged four and older, regardless of national origin or place of birth. Adult classes are offered to anyone wanting to learn conversational Mandarin.

SACCI serves as an educational resource for the greater San Antonio community to achieve common cultural goals. You can take an active role in SACCI by participating in SACCI as a member or as a volunteer. Upon registering students in SACCI, parents or guardians of the registered student, and registered students over the age of 21, become members.

SACCI welcomes your participation. We are dedicated to serving as a link for introducing Chinese language and culture throughout the greater San Antonio community.
